Nmore Strategy
Advancing sustainable growth
Leveraging threats is critical, particularly in a hyper-competitive industry like IT. The goal is to exploit the efficiencies of centralized management whilst decentralizing service delivery.
At Nmore customer-driven transformations are typically centered on accomplishing one of two primary paths for creating value: adapting to changing expectations or developing product.
Nmore’s purpose is to deliver ‘Everything as a Service’ – a service model which focuses on dissecting overcomplicated services into smaller service bundles that allow for agile implementation.
The company is focused on: diversification which allows the business to mitigate threats associated with adverse conditions, and cooperation which allows to broaden market opportunity.
Innovation, technology enhancements, and a connection to a global network have all contributed to a new norm, yet IT knows no benchmarks for the industry is progressively more dynamic.
As demand for transparency increases, so does the need for compliance. As such Nmore has implemented oversight procedures that enable clients and shareholders to make sound decisions.
Strategy Agenda
Nmore Group's single-minded mission is to dedicate its process and technology know-how, deep industry experience and domestic resources in order to help organizations expand their capabalities by means of technological improvement. What separates the company from many of its competitors is the persistent use of new gen solutions.
As per motto 'Everything as a Service', problem-solving is in our DNA, and in everything we do, thereby our clients can feel safe knowing that we will help them fix IT issues from the bottom up. Every choice we've made aligns with our vision - having become an IT services partner that works with both expanding enterprises as well as multinational organizations.
SWOT analysis is a method for identifying and analyzing internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats that shape current and future operations, and helps develop strategic goals aligned with company vision. It is a framework used to evaluate the company's competitive position and helps management better adapt.
Some of the strengths that define Nmore are: strong capabilities across a number of sectors and industries, sustainable growth in revenues with a stable revenue stream, healthy corporate culture, a well-established brand in the domestic market, a broad range of services that are clearly differentiated, and a strong sense of duty and responsibility.
Weaknesses are negative factors that detract from the company's strengths, they are areas that Nmore can improve upon. Strategy is about making choices, and weaknesses are a refinement process. The Achilles heel of any services provider is the quality of their services, this is why Nmore prioritizes the continual improvement of quality over all.
Some of the weaknesses that the majority of market players face are: limited access to marketplace data, average speed to market, limited staff availability and reliance upon particular market models. Nmore's strengths far outweigh its weaknesses. This is achieved through a set of practices that focus on the continuity of hardware infrastructure.
An opportunity list allows the company to clearly outline openings and chances for something to happen. They usually arise from situations outside the organization, and require an eye into what might happen in the future. Being able to spot and exploit opportunities can make a huge difference; even the smallest advantages can increase competitiveness.
Opportunities that Nmore has identified are: expansion into other verticals and geographies particularly European markets where both competition and price differences are high; emergence of cloud and enterprise mobility which is driving the demand for IT services; and the increasing importance of web technologies, SEO principles and search.
Threats include anything that can potentially negatively affect the business from the outside, such as supply-chain problems, shifts in statutory requirements, or shortages. Nmore Group is always on the lookout for any potential threats in order to take action before growth stalls, for in the fragile world of IT, risk management is a continuous process.
